There are 113 counties, which has lost access to $0 premium Medicare Advantage plans, which are located in 15 states. The states include: Wyoming, Washington, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Vermont.
Delaware and Alaska are the only 2 states, which did not have any $0 Medicare Advantage plans in both in 2014 and 2015.
In addition, HealthPocket compared quality ratings of Medicare Advantage plans with $0 premiums. Plans, which have $0 premiums in 2014 but not in 2015 had lower star ratings compared with $o premiums in 2015 but not in 2o14.
