Dialysis (Kidney) Drugs used with Home Dialysis
 

If you deal with the dialysis facility, these drugs may be included in the cost of dialysis. If you deal with a supplier, you pay 20% of the Medicare-approved amount.

Medicare covers Certain drugs for home dialysis, including heparin, the antidote for heparin when medically necessary, topical anesthetics, and Erythropoietin (Epogenr or Epoetin alfa) injections.
